Strength & Conditioning for Today's Athletes

Today as a young athlete you go from one sport to the next with little or no time for your body to recover. Many times practice for the next sport begins even before the current sport is over. In my opinion this overlap leads to an increased risk of injury if you have not properly trained. A standard level of strength and conditioning is crucial in helping to prevent those nagging injuries that can keep you from reaching your full athletic ability. So, how do you find the extra time to devote to an effective strength and conditioning program?

ENTER THE KETTLEBELL...

The VIKES to VICTORY Kettlebell Training Camp is designed to introduce you to a new method of strength and conditioning using Russian Kettlebells as the primary tool. I've found Kettlebells to be a great compliment to any S & C program available today. When you realize the benefits of Kettlebells you'll quickly understand how they can be a fast and efficient way to develop your core strength for all sports and activities.

Today Kettlebells are being used by the Tennessee Titans, Wartburg Knights and many other professional and amateur athletes. Even the Senior International USA Weightlifting Coach, Mike Burgener trains his athletes with Kettlebells.

When you've made the decision to join us, registering for the camp is simple. Just follow the link to the left labeled Register for Camp NOW! Enter your first and last name then proceed to the next screen. When you complete the required fields you will be directed to the sign up page. Register before May 1st the cost is $20, after May 1st $25. Get registered early and save $$$. All participants will receive a camp t-shirt. The first 10 Vikettes/Vikings to register will be entered in a drawing for FREE camp registration!
